Relationship Building

Filé Gumbo for the Soul: A Recipe for Common Ground Collaboration

MAKE WHAT MAKES YOU DIFFERENT MAKE A DIFFERENCE! (NOT DIVIDE)

Building healthy relationships are like cooking a big pot of gumbo. The more you put into it, the better it gets. Like a great tasting gumbo, finding the right amount of seasonings to add to relationships takes skill. It takes the right recipe. Add too much seasoning and it's ruined. Too little and it lacks flavor.

This faith-based message reveals the 12-ingredient recipe to build common ground connections through effective dialogues that thrive on collaboration and synergy. Through empathy and effective dialogues, the gumbo pot of collaboration is stirred with practical insight and Scripture to bring people together with mutual respect and trust while eliminating bias and divisive behavior.
